Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. For one thing, if you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! --健次(derumi)talk 02:46, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] May 2007

Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive content to Wikipedia, as you did to Watts Riots. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Winchelsea 05:40, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Mormonism, you will be blocked from editing. Derumi 05:47, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding the prior warnings from May 2007

You said:

Hello. I have no idea what you are talking about, as I never vandalized any of the pages on wikipedia. Please take care in sending that message to a correct person. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.85.114.145 (talkcontribs) 2007-11-07T07:09:26

The warnings you reference are from over five months ago, and indeed likely do not apply to you. IP addresses do get recycled amongst an internet service's users. The warnings were intended for the person that made certain edits from this IP address on 31 May, 2007; you may disregard them. To avoid getting these sort of warnings aimed at whoever was editing from whatever address you're using (at home, or work, or school), I heartily recommend registering a username with Wikipedia. I've also included some helpful links in the above welcome message. --健次(derumi)talk 02:46, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
