[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 20:24, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Then don't vandalize user pages or attack other editors. I am more than happy to work with you. If there is any truth to what you claim, it can be included in the article, but we must be careful when dealing with articles on living people, per WP:BIO. One disputed source is frankly not usually enough for verifiability. Are there any other published sources? Newspaper articles, magazines, anything that corroborates the website you've given? Unfortunately, a personal website is only of limited value with controversial information like this. freshacconcispeaktome 20:29, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

I'm happy to help. I am interested in keeping articles factual and neutral, as much as possible. Wikipedia can be frustrating, with the systems of rules that are in place. It's mostly a good thing to have these safety-nets, but unfortunately newer users often get frustrated. That's why there's the WP:BITE guideline, which serves as a reminder to more experienced editors that everyone starts from the beginning and it's easy to get carried away. I've been on Wikipedia over a year and I'm still learning. I will look into these sources more carefully and see what else I can find. At the moment I'm actually busy in real life and I let myself get carried away with the edits on that article. If you know of any other sources for this information, that would be helpful. Thanks. freshacconcispeaktome 20:52, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here are some other hints and tips:

  • I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
  • When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.

If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome, and I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. freshacconcispeaktome 20:54, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
