You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated. — Cryptic 17:08, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

You were taking out references of the holocaust from the Germany article and when I revert I'm the one guilty of making POV edits? WTF! --74.14.32.156 17:18, 7 April 2007 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I was blocked because I reverted an admin's racist POV edit."

Decline reason: "[1],[2], [3]. — Yamla 18:09, 7 April 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Request reason: "If you look at my contributions page, you'll see that all I have done since the last block ended was ask a question on a talk page and add a user warning template to a user who was removing others' comments. Neither of those activities are vandalism. If there was something wrong with the way I posted on the talk page, why don't you tell me what it was rather than just blocking me with no explanation other than the vague word "vandalism"?"

Decline reason: "We have zero tolerance for trolls here. If you can't respect our Wikipedia:Neutral point of view policy and wish to continue pushing racist stereotypes then you're no longer welcome here. --  Netsnipe   ►  16:18, 9 April 2007 (UTC)"

[edit] June 2007

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Swan, was not constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.--Tλε Rαnδom Eδιτor (ταlκ) 22:57, 9 June 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

[edit] Edits

While your edits are no worst that most wikipedia authors, they really aren't that funny. Plus, if you contest that Dumbuldor is neither Dumb, a bull, or a door, you must have a citation that links to the book.--24.15.11.254 07:53, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked

Since you haven't changed your attitude towards Wikipedia since the last time you were blocked and refuse to treat it as a serious project, you have now been reblocked for 3 months. --  Netsnipe   ►  16:42, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

{{unblock|Hello. I would like to edit Wikipedia too, please. I've found some spelling errors and incorrect information that I would like to correct. Also, this IP is used by other people who have also not been able to edit or make accounts. I have been blocked for a month and I think that that is more than enough punishment, especialy given that blocking is [[Wikipedia:Block#Duration_of_blocks|not suppose to be a punishment]] in the first place. Thank you.}} This request for unblocking has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

  • Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
  • Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
  • Click edit this page on that article and scroll down past the message informing you of your block.
  • Copy the source of that article and paste it to the bottom of your talk page under a new top-level heading (like this: = Article title =)
  • Propose some significant and well researched improvements to your article by editing your personal copy of the article.
  • When are you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "{{helpme|your question here}}" to your talk page. Thank you. -- John Reaves (talk) 16:45, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pointlessness

This particular IP is one currently belonging to Bell Canada. It is rotated among thousands of ASDL subscribers in Southern Ontario and parts of Quebec. Banning this IP for more than a few days is pointless, since it shifts among a large group of users. Also, those who use this particular ISP mearly have to shut their modem off, then on again to get a new IP. I, personally, have never edited Wikipeadia beyond fixing some grammar and spelling errors, and I've NEVER touched the Germany page. Banning this IP seems pointless and futile. ~Dec 26, 2007
