Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Football. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. ●DanMS 02:17, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Hi. I noticed that you have been changing the page football. While I am sure some Americans and Canadians (and Australians and who knows who else) call association football "soccer" in ignorance, some of them are probably quite aware of the game's history, and that abbreviated name was actually first used in England. It's not fair to say that it is only used by ignorant North Americans, or to remove their versions of football from the list on a page that is about all the different codes of football. If you still disagree, please try to convince us to change it, by discussing at Talk:Football, rather than changing it by yourself repeatedly. By the way, the first F in FIFA stands for "federation", and the name is French, so not really relevant to an English article - there's no S in FINA, either. JPD (talk) 16:26, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
