[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. For one thing, if you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! [edit] Re: Recent reversions

No, I only reverted edits made by User:71.184.39.125 that were incorrectly categorized. For example, several edits where a TV pilot had been categorized as a series, or where a short story had been categorized as a novel. Not to mention the C4 show categorized as by the BBC. Sure, let's agree not to call it "vandalism"—how about carelessness? ... richi 22:43, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Those edits were made by myself, and I thought a tv pilot and a short story would fit under those respective categories. If this was a mistake, then it was an unintentional not vandalism. As for the Ali G Show edit, that was a mistake which I personally reverted seconds after the initial edit and corrected to Channel 4 television programmes. Given the fact I've made quite a few edits cleaning out various TV related categories, I doubt the only three edits you've pointed out (two of which could be argued as a technicality, the third accident) can be classified as carelessness. As I've politely contacted you on your talk page for what would normally be considered a simple understanding, I would hope you could at least be a bit more civil. 72.74.220.137 22:51, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Could you be more specific in which edit I've made ? 72.74.198.133 02:21, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
See your watchlist. Yesterday's batch of reverts have clearer edit summaries ... richi 10:06, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
