Wikipedia does have a thorough and strong neutral point of view policy, and your loony "point of view" that the removal of off-topic abstract agitational material from talk page is "vandalism" is your own business. But your restoration of vandalistic material, and your representation of that act, in your edit summary, as "reverting vandalism" amount to two distinguishable acts of vandalism, and repetition will not be tolerated.
