Please cease the additions of unsourced criticism of City of Heroes into its article. None of it comes from a reliable source and it cannot be verified. If you have a reliable source for this information, then by all means cite it, but if you're just inserting your qualms about CoH's customer service, then you will be blocked. - While I found a source for the Better Business Bureau claims, they are not about City of Heroes, but against its parent company NCsoft. There is no proof that the complaints are centered on City of Heroes, it could be Lineage II, or any of the other games the company has released. Unless you have proof that the complaints are registered by City of Heroes players, this information cannot be introduced into the CoH article. Ryūlóng 20:47, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
