Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. The material you re-added is not part of the source material used and has no part in this article on its own. -- Huntster T • @ • C 00:37, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Civil Air Patrol, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Thank you. Do *not* re-add this material without presenting a source which says as much. -- Huntster T • @ • C 03:43, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
- In addition, please do not re-add the same unsourced material to National Commanders of the Civil Air Patrol. --OuroborosCobra 04:05, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did to National Commanders of the Civil Air Patrol. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.
The issue is not whether the material is "widely known fact" or anything else, it is that there is no verifiable, published source which states as such. Adding such material, as noted above, violates Wikipedia policy. We need all the good editors we can get; please work constructively with us! -- Huntster T • @ • C 00:10, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
