[edit] October 2006

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Stone Arch Bridge, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Also, do not add links to your personal site. Wikipedia is not your personal billboard. --Elkman - (Elkspeak) 03:55, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Aberdeen Act. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to The Swingers, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia. -SpuriousQ (talk) 05:21, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
