- You are misusing the word constructive. It is a fact that Ball voted against the funding for this legislation. What good are veteran's benefits without the funds to pay for them? Do not suppress the truth.

- Your anonymous POV pushing is not constructive. It is a fact that all Assembly Republicans voted against the budget, not this legislation. Please read the applicable policies about WP:RS, WP:V, WP:AGF, and Wikipedia:No personal attacks. Inserting unsourced, unattributed material is against policy. No one is has "suppressed the truth".
