You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on misogyny. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Furthermore, you are inserting personal commentary into quoted text. This is problematic because it appears as if your comments are part of the quote. One thing you may want to do, is go out and find a conflicting source that states the opposite of our cited source and then cite it along side it, so it would be like "some scholars say x, while other scholars say y." This is the heart of NPOV, presenting all relevant points of view. Unfortunately, unsourced criticism is not acceptable. Please stop adding the content you have been, and find more appropriate ways to address whatever issues you may have with the article. You are more than welcome (in fact, encouraged) to use the talk page to discuss with other editors article content. Hope this helps, and if you have questions, please ask. Thanks.-Andrew c [talk] 14:40, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Your last edits, while they appear to be taking into consideration some of the concern, were still problematic. You cannot remove quotes around quoted text. This creates a case of copyvio or even plagiarism, where we present someone else's own words verbatim without credit (you also deleted the source entirely. Next, you inserted the exact same commentary that you had been adding before, which counted against you in terms of WP:3RR. Next, you have provided no source for the claims you want to add. How is it fair to present the view of one cites scholar against unsourced criticism? As I mentioned above, please find a reliable source that states these claims so that our readers can verify this info. When you get back from your block, I hope that you will not be too eager to edit the article without discussion. Article have talk pages just for the purpose of discussing issues with the article. Please, when you return, discuss your changes and work with other editors. You simply cannot force controversial edits. Again, if you have questions, please ask, I'd be glad to try and help in any way. Thanks for your consideration.-Andrew c [talk] 15:07, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
