As a computer science student and professional I prefer that the stl::vector article be kept separate from Dynamic Array. There are key concepts to Dynamic Arrays that are true for all types of dynamic arrays. The stl::vector article can be kept detailed. There are many key points to the stl::vector class that must be discussed, like template type concepts.
