Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as in Talk:University of Tokyo, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button

Actually that has been put into the article already. I moved your comment down on the talk page so that you could see the prior discussion.
