[edit] Welcome!
Hello, 71.38.130.247, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date.
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- Your entries on corrosion were reverted because they did not meet some of Wikipedia's guidelines, namely Wikipedia:Verifiability. I do think, however, that another attempt should be made at making a section devoted to most people's encounter with corrosion. I will try to initate such a section (with references!), but feel free to jump on in too.
{{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome! —Brien ClarkTalk 03:59, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
