Hello! I did see your comment, but unfortunately we cannot use Wikipedia as a source for Wikipedia-this would get rather circular! Also, rather than removing the comment (which is sourced and true), it is probably better to add content, once you've sourced it with an off-Wiki reference (probably the same one used to support that assertion in Friedman's article can be used), which states that while Friedman was initially supportive he later changed his mind.
