This is my big chance to see if IP's really do see talk page messages. From snooping, it looks like you're here in the US - a strange time to choose to visit, if you're in the Northeast. Acroterion (talk) 03:35, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Yep! I'm visiting my girlfriend/unofficial fiancee Dreaded St0DaD for a month. Probably my last visit before she moves over to England permanently. There are a few reasons we chose this time of the year... her birthday was on March 6th (though I left on the 11th) Should be going back to England on April 11th, though my page says "mid-to-late" as she'll be coming back on the plane with me for a fortnight, which covers my birthday of April 18th. Her first time outside of the U.S., she's quite excited. :)
Also, I had forgotten just how hard it was to keep up on things without a watchlist... made even harder when you have to use Windows 2000, and Internet Explorer 6, with its horrible tabs, and a computer with just 256MB RAM, and a Pentium 4 processor... It's even slower as her mum (who seems to have recently realised that I plan on marrying her daughter, and changed her personality accordingly) feels that antivirus software is "complete baloney" that does nothing. The speed of her computer reflects the fact that she has no firewall/software on here. Seriously, I was browsing the net earlier, and just as I browsed to Metacritic, I got redirected to bloody SystemDoctor, complete with dialog boxes. Even though it's not my computer, seeing things like that hurts me deep inside (and hopefully explains why I'm a bit hesitant to log in here..). I think I might secretly download AVG Free tonight while she's sleeping on the couch, do a scan, and uninstall afterwards... I did the same thing with Spybot the other day, and revealed over 100 issues that needed fixing. The computer ran out of system memory trying to remove them. 71.174.69.25 (talk) 04:27, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
