I am aware of how to do things on this site, however, I am a lawyer and am have studied constitutional law and the jus soli concept of citizenship. The statement was one of a general concept and pointed out something completely impossible in what she said, which is similar to someone making an argument about term limits in the US Congress when those too are unconstitutional.
- Allow me to further clarify. Given that I linked to the term Jus Soli and that links to the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, I think it was adequately explained.

- The statement is your own personal commentary, which makes it original research, which we don't accept here at Wikipedia. You need to attribute such statements to a reliable published source. Videmus Omnia Talk 06:41, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

- As I said on your talk page, this appears to show a clear bias on your part. This has nothing to do with personal commentary, as it is the law of the land. I linked to the article on jus soli which then leads to the exact application in the US. I altered the edit to link to the 14th Amendment and to point out the Citizenship Clause. People should be able to figure it out from there, and it is certainly not personal commentary, rather it is the law as articulated in Kim and Phyler, the later of which specifically addresses the issue she was commenting on.
