[edit] Edits to Global Television Network

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Global Television Network, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Dl2000 22:42, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Re: Wrong Guy: Regrets for the above comment which may not have properly explained the specific issues with your talk page correction. It was noted that "Confustion" was originally entered by 24.200.34.209, but changed by this address (70.81.251.32). Since the addresses were substantially different, it appeared that someone else corrected the heading. Please see WP:TPG#Others' comments that "there is no need to correct typing errors, grammar, etc." on talk pages, and that such changes are frowned upon. In any case, self-corrections should follow the guideline WP:TPG#Own comments, explaining things with edit summaries. Hope this explains the concern here, although it may seem like a moot point on the surface. Dl2000 02:37, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
