- Hi, thank you for posting this message. Unfortunately we have a problem with a banned vandal who shares your network of Bell Sympatico IPs. Your IP address is dynamic, which means that it changes very frequently and it is share with other users. However, the blocks we place on these IPs is only ever an anonymous only block with account creation disabled. This means that if you have an account, you may edit over the top of block as long as are signed into it. If you would like an account, I can help you do this. Just send your preferred username to the unblock mailing list here: unblock-en-l AT lists.wikimedia.org. I will then create the account for you and you will receive a private email from Wikipedia containing the log in details. If you do not wish to edit Wikipedia, though, you do not need to worry about an account and may go on reading any articles you wish, just ignore any block messages you see. | | This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
