[edit] List of Ministers of the Universal Life Church

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at List of Ministers of the Universal Life Church. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. GreenJoe 02:07, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. GreenJoe 16:40, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

You really shouldn't keep re-adding that fellow to the list. He's not important enough to be included. GreenJoe 16:40, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

To be included on the list, a person has to be notable. The person you added isn't notable. GreenJoe 18:16, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

They'd need to have an article on Wikipedia already, pretty much. Check out WP:N and WP:BIO. GreenJoe 23:35, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Absolutely. However, just because a page is created doesn't mean it will be kept. They really have to be important to have an article. Not just a local personality who fixes computers. GreenJoe 00:17, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
I can make it more clear. Has Jason gotten lots of external press coverage? One of our requirements is for reliable sources. It seems the Drive-By Truckers have. Mike may not have a page, but his band does. GreenJoe 00:34, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
Yes, that would work, but you need more than one reliable source. What has he done to make him notable? Is he an elected official? Has he put out an album? Read over WP:N. GreenJoe 02:31, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
A simple Google Search shows that the Drive-By Truckers meet Wikipedia's notability requirements. GreenJoe 02:33, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
The guy you want to add has 1 google hit. He's not really notable enough for inclusion. GreenJoe 02:34, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
