There was a debate earlier on concerning whether or not to keep it, since every time it was added in, the descriptions for Power/Speed/Technique were changed. As there is no reliable source for the info, it was decided to just keep it out. However, it should be noted that there is a policy against including info that can help someone play the game, WP:GAMEGUIDE. Basically, as an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is not a place for gamers to share tips on gameplay; in other words, if the info in question is only useful to someone playing the game, it cannot be added. It is assumed that if someone really wants to know specific gameplay details, they would go to a more appropriate site than WP.
