[edit] Vi Daley

The deletion debate this article was subject to that you point out is 2 years old. The edits you have been supporting sound more like political advertising/lambasting than the current content, and I am not the only editor who sees it as vandalism. --BrokenSphereMsg me 23:05, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

Deleting propoganda is vandalism? Do you know anything at all about Vi Daley?

If you are going to support content which other people clearly perceive as being inappropriate, then start backing it up with credible sources and stop passing off what appears to be negative opinions as facts. --BrokenSphereMsg me 23:15, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

The article passes off positive opinions as facts. How is that different? Anyone can cite unreliabale sources. And what has changed in the past two years that now makes the article notable?

Well according to the deletion debate it was a very small stub so it was redirected the first time. 40 out of 50 members of the Chicago city council have articles on them. I don't see you complaining about the 10 other members of the Chicago city council who don't have articles on them yet. Why should this particular one not have one while the others do? I was going to suggest that you bring the issues that you have to the article's talk page, but you've already done that. --BrokenSphereMsg me 01:36, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Sounds to me like 40 out of 50 Chicago City Council members have created political advertisements on Wikipedia.

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 16:35, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
