Hi there. Thanks for the message. You weren't logged in when you posted to my talk page, so I'm not quite sure who you are. I do not remember the article you refer to. People frequently misinterpret messages I leave them notifying them that someone else has proposed an article they created for deletion. If I left such a message on your talk page, there should be a link in it already to the relevant guidelines, they're at WP:WEB. I go thru the deletion list every so often and spread the word to interested parties and make sure they know where to look for Wikipedia's inclusion guidelines. I'm pretty sure that I'm not actually the person who proposed the article for deletion, unless I specifically told you that I was.
No need to get upset yet, in any case. A "proposed deletion" is easily reversible if you're pretty sure that this site meets the Wikipedia guidelines I linked to above. If you click on the redlink for GotNext, there'll be a link to the deletion log. There you'll see that the admin who carried out the deletion after the proposal sat without objection for five days was User:Bookofjude. If you contact him, he should be able to help you from here.
If you have the article restored, make sure that it gives all the notability information you put on my talk page in the article. Make sure it's obvious to people who don't already know about it that it's worth having an article about. Otherwise, it might end up going thru WP:AFD for a discussion about its deletion which is less easily reversed.
Hope that helped, and sorry for the late response. I just hadn't been on Wikipedia in a few days. NickelShoe (Talk) 04:20, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
