[edit] A-WIT C STAMP entry in the Microcontroller page

Regarding the A-WIT C STAMP entry in the Microcontroller page: Why did you guys delete this entry? It was not meant as commercial material, but as additional information. In fact, the style was patterned after other entries in that section. See the entries for "Comfile Technology Inc.", "Coridium ARMexpress", and all the others in the "Microcontroller" Wkipedia page. Why do you pick on this entry?? How about the other entries I just mentioned. Should I just go and delete those, and provide a service to Wikipedia? What gives??—Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.141.211.246 (talkcontribs) 04:28, 23 November 2006) (UTC)

The new material struck me as advertising because of the multiple to links to the site and overly positive wording. It appears that much of the text was lifted directly from c stamp advertising on ebay, which is a copyright violation. JonHarder 14:51, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

I believe what is there now conforms, and is not from eBay, although facts are facts ... I am also glad that the other stuff got cleaned up ...—Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.141.211.246 (talkcontribs) 18:33, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

Yes, that looks better. JonHarder 22:51, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
