[edit] Welcome
Hello, welcome to Wikipedia.
Anyone can edit here, of course, but there are advantages to creating an account if you want to contribute on a regular basis. If you want to join up, create an account and then introduce yourself to the community at the new user log.
You might find these links helpful in creating new pages or helping with the tasks below: How to edit a page, How to write a great article, Naming conventions, Manual of Style. You should read our policies at some point too.
If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!
And once you have an account, you can sign your name using three tildes, like this: ~~~. If you use four, you can add a datestamp too.
Here are some tasks you can do:
- Wikify: Don Angell, Sergio Berlioz, Gene Clark, Maravilla, Alhamiri, Backlog...
- Cleanup: Tourism in the United States, List of music prodigies, Harry T. Burn, 1990 in association football, Software quality, Purwokerto, Backlog...

Again, welcome!
P.S. I noticed your edits to Quebec sovereignty movement -- I actually started the article a couple of years ago as Sovereignty association and it's great to see how it "lives." I also noted your desire to remain anonymous on the articles talk page. Actually, signing up for an account is more anonymous: currently, anyone can look up your IP and get some information about you; if you have an account, only the people who run the site (and that doesn't include admins like me) can find out your IP address, and registering doesn't involve any personal information, etc.

Thought you might have some background or thoughts on this article, Mannatech and the company's claims to glycobiology connections.--I'clast 12:09, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

To: User:69.123.66.156 and User:TeganX7. Re comments such as these: "The creation of the second article was a means to get their way and end the issue as he/she wanted." and "that he reacted personally, and moreso is now more interested in personal humiliation than anything else". I would like to urge both of you to comment, when you're at the article talk page, only about article content, not about the motivations of editors or anything about editors. Please see Wikipedia:No personal attacks and Wikipedia:Consensus.
On the other hand, I would also like to commend both of you for showing respect, e.g. "Please accept my apologies in this matter" and calmly presenting relevant arguments, e.g. "This is merely a journalist using the term 20-20-20-20 as a title. ESPN did not use this term, neither did TSN."
I suggest that you quote the disputed content on the talk page and calmly state clear, well-developed arguments as to why you do or do not consider the material to be appropriate on that page. Please consider each others' arguments carefully and carry on respectful discussion with the aim of reaching consensus. Also, I believe it's accepted good practice to avoid reverting the same material in or out of the article before a consensus has been reached on the talk page about it. You can still edit other parts of the page. --Coppertwig 23:26, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

With regard to your comments on Talk:20-20-20 Club: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks will lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. --Darkwind (talk) 10:30, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
