[edit] Removal of Content (Horror film)
Unfortunately, the way in which you edited the page didn't help to distinguish you from the thousands of anonymous vandals who remove content from Wikipedia articles every day. Instead of just deleting stuff you personally don't like, it would be helpful if, as a bare minimum, you said why you were deleting it in the edit summary. It would be even better if you opened up a discussion on the article's talk page. Someone took the trouble to put the paragraph there, so not everyone is going to agree with your opinion. That's what the talk page is there for. Best of all would be if you got yourself a user id, so that you had a record of credible edits. Looking back over your edits (at least, I assume that they're yours) I find it interesting to note that your sole contribution to Wikipedia so far has been to remove content that other people put there. Can I suggest that before appointing yourself as an arbiter of what is or isn't appropriate or POV in other people's work, you might consider making a few positive contributions of your own?
By the way, you can sign your comments by putting four tildes at the end. --Stephen Burnett 00:15, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
