Hi, thanks for reporting the copyright problem with Parliamentarian of the United States Senate. However, Wikipedia:Requested copyright examinations is not the place for reporting copyright issues with material already in articles -- please use the procedure described in Wikipedia:Copyright problems to report the article as a copyvio, including blanking/tagging the article as necessary and reporting it to the copyvio daily log.
