Please stop editing without using the discussion page on the list of Star Wars books. The catergories are the official Eras. Jedi6 03:44, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Please stop; you are currently in severe danger of breaking the three revert rule, if you have not done so already. Deckiller 04:11, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Look I have just about every book.

I own and have read just about every Star Wars books, and this is how I see it should be labled. In the books official list, it might not lable the books under the Clone Wars a Clonme Wars lable but it does so indirectly. I know these changes need to be made and SHOULD not be revrted. I have read just about every book so I know what I'm talking about!

I have read every book too. If you want to propose a change you need to use the discussion page. Jedi6 04:14, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] You guys need to know that things arent always absolute.

I know for a fact a few of those eras have been refferenced as such so please make the ammendments and sory if I broke the rule but its how I know it should be listed as, the changes i made that is./ You guys have made some errors too. I am planning on re reading every book once I have them all. I know the Star Wars Time line. End of Story. Because I HAVE READ almost all of them!

IF YOU WANT i can prove that I've read most of the books. I can take a photo of all of them together.

It doesn't matter; we need to find a universal way of naming these books that uses reliable sources, not a photo of every star wars book :) Deckiller 04:17, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Yes, I agree, and I really think that Classic needs to be changed to Rebellion because thats WHAT IT IS! how much clearer does that need to be made?
Well, rebellion has some truth with it, but that's not the official timeline phrase. Deckiller 04:19, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] ok. well let me explain.

I forgot which book, but in one of the Star Wars bBooks the charactwers refer to the Era in which they were fighting the Empire the Rebellion! I have not read it called different. I think it was in one of The NJO books and the Yuzhon Vong that was the spy had even called it so if I recall.

But this list doesn't take into account what the characters say, only what the official timeline says. For example, some people call the period the Galactic Civil War, as well. Deckiller 04:24, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
In the beginning of all the New Jedi Order books and the Dark Nest trilogy the timeline has it as the Classic Era. That is what it is officially called by Lucasbooks. Just because I think Jar Jar's Adventure is a better name for Episode I doesn't make it so. Jedi6 04:25, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] How about I provide a photo?

How about I provide photos of the ones i Do have Singly so we can use them to show other people the Covers of the books? Just like Yuzhon Vong and New Republic had a Galactic Civil War.

We already have stored versions of some of the books on wikipedia. Anyway I don't know how that will help. Jedi6 04:27, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Exactly. I'm afraid that proving that you have all the books isn't a valuable source, because their details are on the internet. Deckiller 04:28, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
When you say stored do you mean TXT files or pdfs or rtfs or whatever of full copies of the books? And i was wanting to take a photo of the book covers to prove that I had them anymore.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.49.68.102 (talkcontribs)
Proving that you have them won't help anything. Jedi6 04:31, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Oh and you should lable all The Clone Wars books separate from Attack Of The Clones, because The Clone Wars books are after and are there own storyline. The Clone Wars did have a Timeline of 3 years you know.

STOP! I said I DIDNT want to prove anymore.

The attack of the Clones is an subheading for only the book on the movie, not the rest of the series. It just looks weird due to limitations of Wikipedia. Jedi6 04:35, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
