This message is regarding your edits to Democratic Party (United States). Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. youngamerican (ahoy-hoy) 15:44, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

Robert Byrd

There is a case to be made for a mention of his notorious past in the Klan in the lead, however, as this article is quite controversial and subject to alot of vandalism from righties and apolgetic whitewashing from lefties. Wikipedia works by building consensus, so you might want to discuss your feeling on the talk page before making such a dramatic change. Your recent vandalism to Democratic Party (United States) did not help your case any, by the way. that being said, share your ideas on the talk page. I think you make a good point, but i am not sure that the first or second sentence is the correct place for your edit. cheers. youngamerican (ahoy-hoy) 15:54, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

Please check out Wikipedia:No personal attacks. We can talk about this in a civil manner. As I said, I do not entirely disagree with you, but calling someone an asshole is not going to do anything to help your cause. As I said, start a dialouge on Talk:Robert Byrd and we can figure out exactly where such a statement should be placed in the lead. Cheers. youngamerican (ahoy-hoy) 16:02, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
I took the liberty of starting said discussion at TalK:Robert Byrd. Please feel free to come by and express your opinion. youngamerican (ahoy-hoy) 16:12, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Gamaliel 17:32, 22 June 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to O-Bahn Busway, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If you feel that the edit I reverted should not have been reverted, please contact me. -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 21:56, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
