[edit] Continued revisions

Your continued reverts at Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance about the race of those who murdered the author's son are not pertinent, and your history on the article and general contribution history suggest a racial bias of some sort. Please refrain from this activity. —ScouterSig 02:14, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for your comment 'Continued revisions' regarding 'Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance'. You may not think that the race of the attackers is pertinent, however this is how the author himself describes the attack (See 'Afterword' section of Oct 1981 edition of book. Page 377.) I'm hesitant to allow the author's words to be censured. I understand that we live in politically correct times, but if the author described the attackers as 'black' then I don't think that we should censure what the author had written. Thanks.
It may well be that the race of the murderers is important to Pirsig himself. However, in the context of an impartial encyclopedia, I think that their race is not so relevant.
