Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at David Pogue. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make the edit(s) to which this warning refers. John254 17:43, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Very, very confused...

Hi, got your note. I have no idea what you're talking about, are you sure you mean me? I'd think someone had highjacked my account, but I don't see anything about it in my contribs. We're talking about David Pogue, right? I don't see anything from me in the history of that page, either. I think you've got the wrong woman! At any rate, if someone's doing that to you, I'd be glad to take a look at it and intervene, though I may not be the best person for it. Peace, delldot talk 16:08, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

No worries, thanks for the kind note. Let me know if you need help with any of this. Do you know how to use a page history? Click on the "history" tab and it shows you all the changes that have been made to the article. I'd also recommend creating an account so you can more easily advocate your position to other Wikipedians. Nobody wants the article on you to say untrue and harmful things, in fact we have a strict policy against it. I think that if you tell others about the situation, e.g. by leaving a note on the article's talk page, you'll find much help. Again, don't hesitate to ask me for help.
