This user has not "vandalized" any Wikipedia pages, but has instead found themself a victim of Wikipedia revisionists.

Per Wikipedia policy:
- The user stopped making malicious edits since the final warning, especially if it was an IP address.
- The administrator deems the warnings inappropriate—for example, in the case of a content dispute.

- The warning is INAPPROPRIATE especially since it's regarding content dispute, and the user issuing the warning is doing so based on his/her own personal opinion and feelings.
