I thought that it was okay to use copy from other people's website's if it was cited as a source? Also, what if the material came from me to begin with? it is hard for me to have the othe page up b/c it doesn't represent what the Y does - Disclaimer: I work for the Y of the USA.... What do you suggest?

I appreciate all the hard work you put into the YMCA article, but Wikipedia does not accept copyrighted text. The paragraphs that you added were cut-and-pasted from other YMCA websites, where the text belongs to them.
