Hi Jeff; thanks for your interest in contributing to Wikipedia. Before we can host the Percy Keese Fitzhugh article, we need to know for sure that the copyright holder has released it under the GFDL. There are two ways you can prove this:
- Place a notice on your bridgeboro.com site stating that the content has been released under the GFDL.
- Send an email to permissions(at)wikimedia(dot)org, from an email address associated with the bridgeboro.com site, stating that you are releasing the content under the GFDL.
Once we have confirmation in one of those ways, we can restore the article. When you've done one of these things, just drop a note on my talk page to let me know, and I'll restore the article.
You got the business of contacting me almost right, by the way. You left a note on my user page; if you leave it on my talk page, I will receive it much more quickly. Also, for signing your messages, if you just put ~~~~ at the end of your message, that will automatically convert into your username or IP address.
Thanks again for contributing, and hopefully we can sort this out and restore your article. --RobthTalk 07:13, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
