Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Newsvine, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 04:41, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, Wikipedia is restricted to covering information backed up by reliable sources. Original research, such as your analysis of the Newsvine forums, is strictly prohibited. While you may be concerned about, or even outraged at, their practices, Wikipedia is not a soapbox and articles hosted here are not meant to be forums for airing personal grudges. You may wish to start a blog to document your criticism of Newsvine, but Wikipedia is not a publisher for primary sources. On a side note, the fact that moderated forums are subject to the personal biases of the moderators is not an attribute unique only to Newsvine. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 08:14, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- I am not familiar with this company, but you are certainly welcome to challenge or modify any non-neutral assertions made in the article. The diplomatic first step would be to add the {{POV}} tag to the top of the article and summarize your concerns at Talk:Newsvine. Other editors will respond and work with you in improving the article. A couple of other useful tools are available, make sure to read WP:NPOV and WP:RS. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 09:03, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
