Attention:
Blocking this IP will likely not result in disabling the individual who uses it from editing. Bell Canada assigns each user an eight-bit trunc-line, and the user, who appears to be connected dynamically, could at anytime be connected through any address in a wide range. If blocking the individual IP is not effective in stopping the vandalism, you should block the following ranges:
- 67.71.141.0/27 (equates to 67.71.141.0 through 67.71.141.31)
- 70.50.54.64/27 (equates to 70.50.54.64 through 70.50.54.95)
Note that these range blocks are unlikely to cause much collateral damage as there appears to be only one user behind the IPs; nonetheless caution should be taken in blocking them. The user has already vandalized repeatedly using multiple IPs in the ranges 67.71.141.13 - 67.71.141.26, 70.50.54.65 - 70.50.54.86, and 64.231.12.17.
As a note to the user of these addresses: If the vandalism continues, the abuse will be reported to Bell Canada, and given their nature in dealing with similar situations in the past, action will likely be taken. If you are using this internet connection but have not been vandalizing, please talk to anyone you know who may have been using it for such purposes.
You have been
blocked from editing Wikipedia for repeated
vandalism. If or when the block expires, please refrain from vandalizing or this account will face longer blocks, and action could be taken against the individual who uses it.

| This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
