Block of 64.201.208.59 and now this IP

64.201.208.59 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) was blocked for two reasons:

• Edit warring on the Conrad Black article - this has nothing to do with whether I agree with the edits and everything to do with violations of the three-revert rule and guidelines for biographies of living persons.
• Making personal attacks on the IP's talk page, other users' talk pages, and edit summaries.

This IP is now showing both of those behaviours. Further, it's evident that you've switch IP addresses to evade a block, which itself is a blockable offence. (Looking at the contributions, no fewer than three IPs have been used for related edits.) Accordingly:
