Hi, I'm not an admin but if I understand you correctly I don't think an admin can help you. We redirect certain alternative spellings because people may search for an alternative spelling. With Arabic names, there are often a lot of alternative spellings so we tend to have a lot of redirects. When you search, the search engine will come across all these alternative spellings, largely by design. BTW, Watban Ibrahim Hasan al-Tikriti is a different person.
