I've gone ahead and reverted your removal of Link Light Rail from WikiProject Streetcars.[1] While it is true that Link Light Rail is not a streetcar, according to the project's scope, light rail is included in their purview. One of the frustrating parts of Wikipedia is that the projects get to designate what articles are within their scope and they frequently don't match their names.
