If you downloaded it legally, you downloaded it with some Microsoft software, i.e. probably either the Vista beta or the Office beta. Those certainly have licenses. If their licenses mention fonts, then they will contain any restrictions that exist. If they don't mention any restrictions on commercial use of fonts, or don't mention fonts at all, then I think you can assume it's OK to use the fonts in any publication you like.
