May I let wikipedia know that the IP 62.215.5.3 is assigned for the entire people who use the FAST TELCO ISP in the Kuwait. They made it like this for some unknown reason. I just saw this, and wanted to let you guys know, and I didnt do any of these things mentioned above. Some people might just freak out on seeing this cause they didnt do those.
