[edit] Greco-Italian War
The point about David Irving is that he is writing his books with a purpose: furthering his political creeds and because he is known for "misrepresentation of historical sources." Therefore anything by Irving is not a source we should cite. As for romacivica.net: the site is hosted/financed by the city of Rome and the content is by the ANPI or Italian National Partisan Association, which represents all anti-fascist fighters from Italy. The number of dead the Italian ministry of Defence gives today is "Secondo i dati ufficiali del Ministero della difesa la campagna di Grecia è costata all'Italia 13.755 morti, 50.874 feriti, 12.368 congelati, 25.067 dispersi, 52.108 ricoverati in luoghi di cura" and this numbers are also found in Mario Cervis book "Storia della guerra di Grecia", (Oscar Mondadori, Verona, 1969), which is the Italian edition of the book you cite as giving a loss of 63.000. Therefore I have reverted your changes and will do so again, as the number you give is obviously wrong. --noclador (talk) 09:41, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
