560 North Fairbanks is a proposed 787ft (240m) tall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. It is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and have 58 floors. The tower will have a 200 room hotel and 170 resdntial units. Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates designed the building and Draper and Kramer are devloping it.
