50th Street is a local station on the BMT West End Line of the New York City Subway, located in Brooklyn at the intersection of 50th Street and New Utrecht Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn.
There are no windscreens at either ends of both platforms. They have recently-constructed electrical distribution rooms. The exit, in the center, leads to a mezzanine with cherry red doors and trim outside (clad wood) and the inside is beige. There are new doors and glass block windows along with heaters. The platforms are offset, especially at the south end.
