I wonder whether the copyright on the design of this coin is owned by the Royal Mint, Bank of England, someone like that? The person who scanned the coin has relinquished copyright on it, but perhaps it is not legally theirs in the first place.

Perhaps someone could clarify this issue, and perhaps change to "fair use" rationale if appropriate. Many thanks.  :-) Leevclarke 22:31, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
