Why is this not notable? 404ft skyscraper seems notable enough.

Notability comes from sources, not from feet. Is this a recognized historic site, for example? Friday (talk) 20:23, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
It isn't a recognized historic site, but I can check Larry Millett's book when I get home. James Lileks also has several pages about this building, documenting its construction. My feeling offhand is that it kind of teeters on the edge of notability, but I'll see what the Millett book says. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 20:52, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
