This is a screenshot of a webcam. This image is a screen capture of an ongoing live feed from website: http://marketing.cbre.com/SacramentoArea/SLS/500Web/index.html I have taken a screen picture of a live web camera feed thus there is not image that I am copying, only creating. The image I captured did not exist before I created it and exists nowhere else besides my hard drive. It is my creation and am releasing it to the public domain.
