Although the picture 4 Gewinnt.jpg is subject to copyright I think fair use laws cover this because:

  1. the image is of small size and inferior quality, attempts of reproduction would be fruitless
  2. it does not assist in the illegal reproduction of the content of said CD/album
  3. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way
  4. the image is being used only for informational/educational purposes
  5. it furthers the goals of providing verifiable information concerning the subject matter, in that it visibly shows content which is referenced in the text of the article.
