I have tried to create an account but I am blocked at the IP level. I have never posted and should not be blocked for any reason.d

I have removed the block. If another member of the arbitration committee feels it needs to be reinstated, please let me know but I believe there are actually three /16 ranges available to subscribers on this network. Can't sleep, clown will eat me 19:03, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
