[edit] Ad?

It doesn't read like an ad to me.

Well, it did. I just cleaned up the article yet retained references to the non-proprietary software. DJ Rubbie 07:09, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

I appreciate the references to programs that can work with these files.

[edit] Video site advertisements

Please stop posting them. DJ Rubbie 04:42, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

Removed another site link to a commercial interest only site. This site offers very little in information and uses initial free downloads with embeds to push sales.(mv3[dot]com) Lightertack 12:48, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 3G phones?

In the first sentence, it says "for use on 3G Mobile Phones." Shouldn't this be changed to just "Mobile Phones"? Solidsnake204 17:23, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

Included newer and higher-end phones. Really, anything priced over 150 USD in GSM markets generally supports the format, so maybe it should even be changed to non-entry-level/budget phones. Suggest a vote. Aadieu (talk) 23:39, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] 3gp converter

Why has the 3gp converter page been deleted? Solidsnake204 11:23, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

We are surprised too. www.3GP.com is the number one page on 3GP players & converters, why was it removed from the links? Liqua, 20 December 2006

[edit] Download decoder?

where? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.66.102.89 (talk) 17:26, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

Loads of places. Hit it up in a search engine. Considering what can be perceived as Apple's apparent attempts to dominate this article and make it look like an Apple standard - I must note that it is not. I've personally owned GSM and GSM+3G phones that supported it years before Apple ever entered the handset market. Aadieu (talk) 23:43, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
